Paul Hatcher is the Managing Partner for the law firm Duncan, Hatcher, Holland & Fleenor, P.C. He is President of Hatcher Title & Escrow Agency, Inc., and is an agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. He received his B.A. degree in 1979 from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and his J.D. degree in 1982 from the University of Tennessee. In the 1980s, Mr. Hatcher was counsel for Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company where he practiced law in the areas of commercial lending and commercial real estate law. He is past President of the Chattanooga Bar Association, and a recipient of the CBA’s Albert L. Hodge Volunteer Award and the President’s Award. He currently serves as co-chair of the CBA Fee Dispute Resolution Committee. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He has been a faculty speaker for The Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Land Title Association, NBI, and Sterling Education Services, Inc. He is listed in Martindale-Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
