Chancellor Pamela Fleenor presides over Part 1 of the Eleventh Judicial District of Hamilton County. Fleenor earned her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1986. She is a Chapin-Thomas scholar at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Chancellor Fleenor taught law at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Chattanooga State Community College, and has also served as head of the compliance department at Cornerstone Bank, interpreting state and federal banking regulations. Chancellor Fleenor is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Chattanooga Bar Association and Southeast Tennessee Legal Association of Women.
Clerk & Master Robin Miller received her J.D. in 1992 from the University of Tennessee College of Law. She has been a shareholder of Spears, Moore, Rebman & Williams, P.C. since January 2012. She had previously practiced at Gearhiser, Peters, Elliott & Cannon, PLLC, from June 1992 through January 2012. Robin is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association; the Chattanooga Bar Association, a CBA Past President; the American Bar Association and the Chattanooga Bar Foundation. She has also served on the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility, Former Hearing Panel Member for 6 year term and the Tennessee Justice Center, Former CBA Board Member.
