Aldridge Pite, LLP is currently seeking an Part Time/Remote Associate Attorney for its Tennessee clients. Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance/guidance with regard to foreclosure/title/bankruptcy/eviction matters
• Includes review of foreclosure correspondence, notices, title searches, title curative resolution, preparation and review of pleadings, attendance at court hearings, as well communications with opposing counsel, judges and clerks
• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed
• JD from accredited law school and active Tennessee law license
• Minimum of five years’ of Tennessee real estate related experience in the fields of title, foreclosure, bankruptcy, evictions, and litigation
• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable substantive areas of law, Tennessee/Federal Rules of Evidence, Tennessee/Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and Local Rules
