I volunteer as a mediator because I believe everyone deserves access to a fair and respectful process for resolving disputes, regardless of their financial circumstances. Pro bono mediation allows me to help individuals find common ground, reduce conflict, and move forward with dignity. It is rewarding to contribute my skills in a way that strengthens both individuals and the community. - Misty Harris
